  1. Hello everyone,

    Today was my first day of loading. I ate 3 pieces of pepperoni pizza, a large cheeseburger and french fries, 3 glazed donuts, cashews and 3 fish oil caps. Is this enough food for the first day? It is way more than I normally eat and I have felt full and slightly sick.

    Any tips on foods I should eat or anything I should do different tomorrow?
