I'm 5'9" and did my first round about 5 years ago with homeopathic HCG. My load weight was 186. I lost 8 pounds the first week. After completely all phases, I lost 40 lbs and kept it off until 2016 when I went through many unfortunate life experiences. I gained back weight, although not all of it. I was up to 165 and thoroughly disgusted with myself. Oh sure, bring tall no one could tell the difference but I could. My "fat" clothes were too tight and my stomach stuck way out.

I am 57 years old, 5'9" and started in June of 2011. I lost about 28 pounds in the first couple of months. I seemed to hover for a long time within 5-10 pounds of my goal. Very frustrating. Good think I like steak. LOL! I have lost a total of 37.6 pounds and went from a tight size 14 to a loose size 8.

Apparently, a lot of people like ding an FFF day as a substitute for a steak day but it has 9g of sugar. Is that no longer a concern on P3?
