ah, I see!! Well, Im STILL fussing with my dose-this really sux..I feel like I'm going to blow it tonight..but I will try my hardest!!!

hey! do you always do a skip day? even if you feel your dose is right? how are things??

Its great to have you in the mis of it..your blog has really helped me out! My dosing is still an issue I'm afraid-I though 140 was it but i was hungry all day yesterday and again this morning-i think I will try 145, as I've been on this dose for 2 days...or maybe I should just try one more day? frustrating! oh well, I'm having good losses this week have a great day!

hey there! great to see ya!! i kind of wish i was starting school!! all is good here-139 this morning still playing with my dose, and I'm hungry this morning, but 140 seemed ok for a day or so-I'm going to stick it out for a couple more days and see!! great you're on day one-good luck!! looks like you're on Sept loaders, too!

arrrg! well, i lost 1.2-nice- but I'm still hungry..I'm going to the doc for a check in today anyway, so I'll see what he says. I noticed you did skip days. What are those for?

Thanks..maybe I'll stay at 160...my doc said I may need to increase but I'll try one more day..I'm excited to see things start rolling..the first couple of days will be "water weight" in my mind..but after that!! wo-hoo!!

Yesterday was ok..ate what I'm supposed to; I was hungry so I was told I could up my dose to 200, but I've just tried 160 today-still hungry! I'm in the high 140's which is cool, but for me it will be when my clothes start to get looser. I had a hot bath and almost threw up after...maybe a bit too hot!? I've had an upset stomach since the beginning, but its goes away for a while at a time..
anyway!! I'm excited, but feeling..bleh..today..
you?? 120 sounds like a good goal..cool you've maintained ..I read you have had a bit of trouble with the 130's. Looks like you broke that! I’d love to be 130..
