I have done this diet to a tee for 20 days!!! And have loss 11lbs but stalled and gained the last 2 days gained and gained!!! I am eating this crap to only gain. Nope I'm done throwing in the towel. Won't have the time to lose before my cruise now so no bathing suit for me. I'm really depressed and upset. I thought for sure this was gonna do it. Oh well maybe ill try something more dramatic like laxatives or purging.

So after my small losses I'm thinking ill change my eating. I am wondering can I ditch the fruit and Melba toast all together and double my chicken and fish and pair it with small calorie veggies like onion and lettuce? I did the math and 7oz of chicken with 1 onion for lunch and the 7 oz of tilapia with romaine lettuce is 501 calories. Does that sound good?

What is wrong here?!?

Ok I started on May 21st and I have been strict on protocol no cheats at all... I am taking 150iu of rx grade and have only lost 5.6lbs... Its not tom time. My basic meals are 100gm chicken, fish, or beef 100gm of asparagus, tomatoes, or cucumbers and 100gm of straberries (which I cut out a few days ago) drinking enough water. I just dont understand it the scale has been up and down starting weight 169. I mean I am eating 500 calories how am I not losing weight after 13 days! Is my dose to high?
