been awhile since I've been on here!

by Ladybugdrives on April 5th, 2013 at 05:34 PM
Well I haven't posted on here in awhile. I finished up my first round of HCG in Feb(30 days). Lost 27 lbs. I stabilized for 6 weeks. I have never had better results from any other diet ever. I was looking forward to doing another round, but while on the 1st round I started my period, and it still hasn't stopped! So after a being prescribed meds to stop it, which still has yet to fully stop it, and a uterine biopsy (OUCH!!!!) my doc & I are working on a permanent solution. My doctor suspects

keeping on track!

by Ladybugdrives on March 9th, 2013 at 07:40 AM
Today marks my last week of P3. In a week I will be starting my 2nd round of injections. Having lost 27 lbs in my last round(30 days of injections), I have lost 2 more lbs on P3. I know it's that YUMMY BP coffee! Wish I had discovered it at the very beginning of P3, but I didn't come to know about this yummy concoction until 3 wks into it(Plus I only get to do BP coffee 2 days a week when I'm home from the road). But that's okay. I feel I have truly broken all addictions to carbs & sugars. I

Maintaining

by Ladybugdrives on February 16th, 2013 at 09:10 AM
It's been a bit since my last post. I've been on P3 for 3 weeks now. I have maintained my LIW nicely. :-) Super happy about that. Still do not miss the carbs or sugar at ALL! I'm still keeping my diet pretty low carb. I don't indulge in fruits that have high sugar content. I will NOT let carbs rule my life again! I just won't do it. My diet consists of high protein, healthy fats, and veggies, OH & cocoa crack lol! Haven't had any issues with any nuts. So I toss those in my plain stevia sweetened

5 days on P3 :-)

by Ladybugdrives on February 7th, 2013 at 04:16 PM
So it's been 5 days on P3. The 1st couple of days were WEIRD lol! I've not realized how much I have grown to love the food on P2. I actually love the simplicity of the preparations and portioning of food on P2. P3 takes some getting use to that's for sure! So far my favorite dish is a spinach cheese omelet...........YUM! Still keeping everything healthy and eating my veggies & good sources of protein. I got a mild stomach bug Sunday & Monday, couldn't stand food or the smell of it. Thankfully

Day 30 VLCD

by Ladybugdrives on January 29th, 2013 at 07:27 PM
Can't believe I've been doing the VLCD for 30 days now! So far I've lost 23 lbs. Can't complain about that at all! Looking forward to P3 & using the knowledge I gained during this round & apply it toward healthy eating during P3. I'll def be doing a 2nd round of HCG. I'm going to do YRG Yoga during P3 to help me maintain my weight loss & hopefully shed a few more pounds & inches. I haven't had hardly any losses in the last 2 weeks due to my unpredictable TOM. I may go ahead &
