  1. When I did my 1st round I was always hungry and never had any energy, did not feel good at all.
    I just put up with it because I wanted the results. I lost 20lbs. Of course I was hoping for more!! lol
    I'm in my 2nd wk of P4. So I haven't really been trying to lose yet. I thought I had to wait until I was out of P4? If not then I'll try to lose now!!!
    I'm having knee problems so I'm doing some exercise.

    I may need 3 rounds. My goal is 64 total and I am finding this to be the best way for me to do it without hunger and feeling really great. How are things going for you today? I gained 5 during loading but have lost 6 in the first 2 days of VLCD. Are you working out, too?

  4. Thanks love2snorkel!! That was a good site to save and refer back to. I was .2 shy of 20lbs. when I ran out of drops. Then all of a sudden I dropped 1.2. Of course that is now back. lol So I've started to keep a food journal to make sure I stay in range. Wow 411 cal just for breakfast!! 2 hard boiled eggs a tomato and an avocado, with half-half in coffee. Can't do those avocados to much!! lol
    I was hoping to have at least 25lbs gone my first round, Oh well!! Good for you, I know it feels great!!! Wahoooo!!!

    I am checking in to promote the buddy system and see how things are going. My weight loss has slowed a few times, but I am staying positive as clothes are getting baggier every day and I still feel great. Having zero carb and sugar hangovers makes this all worth it!! How are you doing?? (VLCD13 and 12 pounds down, 52 to go.)
  8. I've never snorkeled, but I would love to!! Hubby does not like to go swimming in ocean only in pools. But he doesn't mind watching me. I want to go back to being healthier and happier. I just got over having a "frozen shoulder" so I am not 100% yet. It took 2 yrs. to finally start getting better. So that also caused me to not lose, I was in sooo much pain.

    Reward system - haven't really thought of it yet. New wardrobe is what hubby suggested! I always go get a pedi anyway. Now that massage sounds real good!! I'm not much of a shopper, but hubby doesn't mind when I do. I still have some of the clothes I used to fit in. Hey do whatever works!!!

    I do love to snorkel! I have only been a few times and that is one of the things that is motivating me to lose weight. The husband will owe me a tropical vacation if I get to my goal weight! And I hope to take scuba lessons locally so I can dive on a future vacation. All on my bucket list. I want to be healthier and happier!!

    Do you have a reward system for yourself?? It helps me to stay focused. I like to do a manicure/pedicure/massage for every 15 pounds... I have rewarded myself with a new handbag at 25 pounds on a previous diet. That was a few years ago. I love to reward myself!!
