Linda - I haven't been doing much posting but just wanted to tell you that I enjoy your posts and your put-on-your-big-girl-panties-and-deal-with-it advice. It has really helped me stay grounded the P3/P4. I hope you are enjoying the family and that you continue to have great success with your stabilization. AFM: I learned how to make my own greek yogurt this weekend. It was SO easy I tried cottage cheese yesterday. It was even easier. If you are interested, give me a shout and I'll share. With the yogurt, I use a special yogurt container that keeps the milk at a constant temp for several hours but other than that, there are no "special" ingredients or implements needed. Yesterday I added thick cut oats and had no adverse effect this morning so tried my special cereal (oats, bran, whey protein and flax) for breakfast and am waiting to see if that is going to be a good choice for my mornings. Am in my second week of P4 and .5 above LDW. Shout back it you have a chance.
Great photo Linda...youe are such an inspiration...all the best in p3 and beyond...may see you again on a January P2 thread!
Thanks, Linda. I enjoy your posts. You are really rockin' this round! Keep up the good work. -kd
