hello every one i just wanted to say that i started on 6/16/2012 and its been 1 week and i have last 5 pounds so far .there has been day that i was going nuts because i was so hungry.then i didn't know what to exactly eat on this diet .2 fruits ,2 veggies and two proteins 500 calories a day.omg its been a hard one week, but i have adjusted. i like the weight going down .the truth is i am still struggling with this but i am going to keep going .i have some people that help me and sometimes i get
this is day one almost over !! I AM STARVING!!! but i am good.i will survive.Can some please approve my menue for tomorrow i just want to make sure i am doing it right!
breakfast..medium apple and water =95
for snack .cucumbers =45
lunch..shrimp = 106 and 1/2 of tomatoes=22
dinner..chicken breast boiled =110 cabbage and lemon juice=22. and orange =86
total calories =441
is this to much
i weighed my self this morning mann i gained alot since i was eating what ever i wnted those two days.man i hope i do this right i am a dummy when it comes to doing diets and making my own menu..
ok so today is my first day of phase 2.it's not easy to not eat what i use to eat .like i said before i am not a breakfast eater i do more eating during lunch.anyways so this morning after my bus route i relize i have a mess up run .i don't have time to eat lunch? WHAT DO I DO !!!!!? I AM DRIVING DURING LUNCH FROM 11-2 PM SO I am going to drink water and a cucumber slices .idk if thats ok but .idk
