Hey Melena! I'm doing really well, thanks. I made a dish last night and thought of you actually ... it was lean ground beef browned in a pan with a little lemon juice, then some beef broth, onion and garlic, cumin, cayenne and chili powder, salt and pepper. After than cooked a while, I put in about a cup and a half of tomato and then a ton of cilantro. It was SO good! How are you doing? You have great losses as well! Are you feeling OK on the diet? I have so much more energy, and food tastes so much better. But then I was eating all junk before.
