And so it begins

Starting weight 218.8 (20 pounds lighter than I expected because my clothes are feeling so tight) but also the most I've ever weighed not being pregnant.

Loading today and tomorrow - even though I am on antibiotics - I feel fine (other than a headache this morning) and I just can't wait until I'm done, because then I'll have my period, and have to wait again. I feel psychologically ready and need to get on with it.

The week I wish I could forget

I had the most stressful week ever, I got quite sick and ate some comfort food, and ended up gaining a few pounds this week.

VLCD29 - 187.4 (-.4)
VLCD30 - 187.6 (+.2)
VLCD31 - 187.6
VLCD32 - 188.8 (+1.2)
VLCD34 -
VLCD35 - 189.6 (+.8)

Total gain....2.2 pounds. I'm sure had I weighed on Friday and Saturday, it would have been more, but I got myself sorted and back on track.

So good to see you! I was hoping for last week but you were a sight for sore eyes this morning! Nothing like waking up to a 1.8 pound loss on a Wednesday!

I suddenly feel more confident that Yes, I will see the 170s before the end of my round. My last injection is July 16...lots of time, as long as I stay on protocol
