    The injections aren't my favorite part of all this, but I'm SO anxious to lose this weight. lol.

    I will definitely do some very clean eating today. I may have had too much salt intake yesterday, so I'm gonna try to be cognizant of that as well. And I really shouldn't be complaining too much because I have had some pretty decent losses so far.

    Well, that's the goal I'm striving towards!! lol. I am afraid to even post what I look like now!! Yes, pant suits are WAY more forgiving that skirt suits...but those skirt suits can be SO pretty. I would have to say buying a whole new wardrobe in a smaller size is definitely more fun than buying them all in bigger sizes!! ha. So far HCG is treating me well. I'm on R1P2D10...12 lbs lost. I had no loss today, but this weight is the weight I was at all through law school, so I have a feeling it is going to be a tough one to break through.

    Oh the frustration of trying to wear a suit to court and realizing that none of them fit me!! That is was spurned my decision to try HCG. As a fellow lawyer, I thought I'd share that with you. Thanks for accepting my friend request!

    Yes, i think i just had too much of it too close to bed time... O man those videos will definitly do it! I try not to think about it! More power to ya! I love animals and it makes me sad to think about how horrible they are treated in the slaugherhouses.

    If you find out about the test let me know. 300 bucks seems like alot, but maybe it's worth it. I ate almost a 2lb steak on my steak day, couldnt finish it all. But ate at least 1.5lbs. I drank milk and i'm thinking that may have messed me up. I herd you could have coffee with cream, but i went a little overboard with the milk.

    Hmmm. I hope i am not intolerent to beef! I eat quite a bit of it. So my fage day yesterday put me down 1.6! I also did a detox bath. So now i'm back in the 2lb window. Still 1.2 above liw and still 2 something from the lowest. It's really confusing trying to find out what i'm sensitive to! Is there some kind of test? Like for alergies?

    Hey lady, your my p3 inspiration so i thought i'd pick your brain this am because i'm going out of my mind! I did a steak day yesterday and im UP .2! So i thought to try the FFF day. Well my stores in town only have 2% and 0%. So i bought the 2%. Will that be ok for my Fage day?

    Sweet, Kelli. Thanks. I have yet to go shopping for P3. when I used to do Somersize, she sold this YUMMY marinara sauce (no sugar) and I want some but it's too expensive.

    So, glad to know I don't have to order it online. I've made cauliflower pizza before during my Medifast days and I can't wait to have it again.

    Okay, one more question - do you use heavy cream in your coffee cause you prefer it or do you gain with Half & Half?

    Kelli, Would you please post your fauxtato recipe (made with cauliflower)? I bought a head of caulifllower today in hopes of making your recipe for Easter Sunday. It may already be in your blog somewhere, but I'm too lazy to read through them all to find it. Thanks!

    Plus it is about to storm somthing FIERCE here in a few minutes which means I need to turn off the computer!!! Soooo much rain here in the midwest. I think I just saw Noah and his family float by a little while ago...

Update on maintaining post hcg diet

For those who like to know how maintaining after doing the hcg diet goes... I think I'm doing pretty well. I started out at 188 and over 3 rounds lost 70lbs down to 118ish (from February 2011 until October 2011 with p3 and p4 in between). Today I weigh 129, and that's because I majorly splurged last weekend and earlier this week and so I am correcting now. Yes, I still correct to keep my weight in check. Well, I hit my goal this morning. Feels good to accomplish something that takes hard work and dedication and ends up satisfying me more than any bag of m&m's or slice of pizza ever could :-)

Moving to p3 this evening.

Goodbye p2! Hello p3 and permanent maintenance...

Well, the scale wasn't lying to me yesterday... I was 118.2 this morning and so I'm moving to p3. My last dose of HCG was last night at 10:35pm, so 48 hours from then I will move to p3... actually dinner Wednesday night will be a p3 dinner since I can't really eat anything at 10:30 at night. More than likely it will just be some sort of meat (anything now, not just chicken, lowfat beef, fish or seafood) and a large amount of veggies. Ok, so I think my body is anxious to get out of p2. I woke up this morning to a 2.2lb loss and I have no idea how. I even reweighed myself like 45mins later to make sure my scale wasn't playing tricks on me. So, I now have .8lbs left till goal and if I hit that tomorrow or even get close, tomorrow will be my last day of drops. Oh happy day :-)

Wow, it has been a loooooong while since I've posted. After I had my knee surgery (through which I remained on my hcg and protocol... I just increased protein) I didn't do much of anything for about a week except making sure I recover properly, as I couldn't risk needing to recover any longer than that so that I could get back to work. Anyway, Today is VLCD30 for me in this r3p2, and I cheated pretty badly last week, so I must extend my p2 until I lose 3 more pounds. I'm determined to hit 118 so
