    Hi law gal,
    my weekend was a super busy one I did cheat a bit yesterday as well I had tomato and lettece at the same time I made chilli and had it with some lettuce on the side and I gained .8lbs ouch. lol Its okay I was wondering if I had had your right number but know I know if I dont get a reply its because your messages are full no worries. for the sodium issue i would suggest no salt for atleast one day. have you tried the webber grill seasonings? OMG im in love with the chicago style its soooooooo good i put it on all my meats before freezing it gives it so much flavor. Well today im down to 214 lbs total of 13lbs I need to stop cheating so that I can get back on track. Today I had a chicken salad and I might have chilli for dinner. what did you have today?

  3. I ordered a kit. I will mix it myself but I have been watching videos and reading instructions and talking to people on here. It seems SOOO confusing at first but once you start understanding all of it, it is pretty simple!! I should be getting them in next wednesday. I haven't decided when I should start, I was thinking 3/7 because I WAS going to skip one injection a week but I am afraid my HCG will lose it's potency before the end if I do that so I may start as early as thursday. Thanks for all your support. How are your loses??
  4. Hey... I have been messing with my drops a little but decided to give up after this mornings dose. I am just wasting money!!! I would love to try injections but I am concerned because my husband (who thinks this diet will kill me) will NEVER agree to let me purchase them and so I would have to try to hide them, which sounds like a horrendous effort and I'm not even sure I could pull that off. I am having little faith in the homeopathic for myself because I really need something that will make me not want to eat EVER. My cravings are just too much really. I am also thinking of maybe trying to start it back up closer to the time I start nursing school so that my day will be more busy and I wouldn't have nearly as much boredom as I do now. It's really quite bad now since I am just waiting around for school to start. I don't know what else to do honestly... Just can't do this...

    Happy birthday to your sister. I lost .6 lbs today for a total of 10lbs. You are doing great I think this is the time we should see what food are weight loos and wich arent. I had the chicken salad with straberrys and a mustard vinagret I made I think I had to many straberrys ill have to play with them some more and see if it is that. I'm also going out with the girls on Friday and I checked the menu and they have a grilled chiken salad that looks really good Ill just have to take in my own dressing. Today has been good I just had to take a dulcolax because I hadnt gone to the restroom all day yesterday or today. Hope you have a great dinner.

    Hi Lawgal,

    Todays loss was 1.6lbs total of 9.6lbs, Im super happy for todays loss. woo hoo. lol NOOOOOOO dont do the pickle stackers only because of the sodium and because I think I read somewehere that nothing pickled, but I could be wrong. Yum the pan fried chicken sounds good. Im actually having chicken tonight with a honey(stevia)mustard dressing over lettuce and sliced straberrys . for lunch tomorrow ill have tilapia and cabbage. give me your email address and I can forward you some recipes I found on here.

    Hi girls,
    Heidi I just finished reading about how you get really hungry at 2p.m have you tried checking if your drops have hcg in them? You should go out and buy a pregnancy test the dollar store ones work just fine and put a couple of drops on there if it reads pregnant then they are fine if it reads negative then they dont have HCG in them and thats probably why you are getting hungry. Just a thought.
  8. I would love to get to prebaby weight too! I have a pair of jeans that I have kept around but I just don't even know what to do with myself. I am on drops and have been playing with the dosage but it's just so tough to not want to eat. It preoccupies my mind and since I am home all the time it sucks! I really don't know what to do. I know I am unhappy with myself but my husband tells me he thinks I am beautiful and all that and I say to myself "I'm not that overweight I guess" Urg, I am so frustrated with myself I just want to eat more! It's so awful. Sometimes I think I will never be able to break past the comfort of eating to make myself feel better. How do people do it?? This is soooo hard. I didn't think it would be so hard if I wasn't hungry but I am at a point now that I think my brain convinces my body I am hungry when I know I'm not and I try to fight the craving... Sigh

    Thanx Lawgal I really appreciate your kind words. Your right I thought about it long and hard last night and I think im going to just do the 23 days and then on the 26th day ill start P3 if I have to do more than 3 reps then so be it.lol today for breakfast I had a green tea and water for lunch I had 97% lean ground beef with lettuce and a wassa thin crips ( I cant find Melba or grassini) right now its 4:00 p.m and im going to take my 2nd dose of drops for dinner im planning on having tilapia(I just love it) with green tea and and apple. Tommorow for lunch Ill have chicken with spargus. How are you doing? I lost 1lb this morning so im a bit excited but I know it could have probably been more total of 8#'s first week.

    Hi lawgal,

    My weekend was BAD Yes I cheated, uuuuugggh I ate a piece of hamberger meat and I was paying for it all night saturday. I gained 1.8lbs. Its a horrible feeling. So on sunday I did Zumba for and hour and then eat right I did skip the fruits so I lost 1lb this morning. I really hope that I dont ever give in to temptation again. How was your weekend?

Update on maintaining post hcg diet

For those who like to know how maintaining after doing the hcg diet goes... I think I'm doing pretty well. I started out at 188 and over 3 rounds lost 70lbs down to 118ish (from February 2011 until October 2011 with p3 and p4 in between). Today I weigh 129, and that's because I majorly splurged last weekend and earlier this week and so I am correcting now. Yes, I still correct to keep my weight in check. Goal

Well, I hit my goal this morning. Feels good to accomplish something that takes hard work and dedication and ends up satisfying me more than any bag of m&m's or slice of pizza ever could :-)

Goodbye p2! Hello p3 and permanent maintenance...

Well, the scale wasn't lying to me yesterday... I was 118.2 this morning and so I'm moving to p3. My last dose of HCG was last night at 10:35pm, so 48 hours from then I will move to p3... actually dinner Wednesday night will be a p3 dinner since I can't really eat anything at 10:30 at night. More than likely it will just be some sort of meat (anything now, not just chicken, lowfat beef, fish or seafood) and a large amount of veggies. Really?

Ok, so I think my body is anxious to get out of p2. I woke up this morning to a 2.2lb loss and I have no idea how. I even reweighed myself like 45mins later to make sure my scale wasn't playing tricks on me. So, I now have .8lbs left till goal and if I hit that tomorrow or even get close, tomorrow will be my last day of drops. Oh happy day :-)

Been a while but still here... in p2... but not for long :-)

Wow, it has been a loooooong while since I've posted. After I had my knee surgery (through which I remained on my hcg and protocol... I just increased protein) I didn't do much of anything for about a week except making sure I recover properly, as I couldn't risk needing to recover any longer than that so that I could get back to work.
