  3. I gained!!! I didn't cheat. I feel very bloated. Maybe it's because I'm going to start my cycle. We will see......
  4. Before I started this diet I worked out like a crazy woman. I ran like five miles a day, did yoga/ pilates, weight training....etc. Between getting married, going on several vacations, and having my son want to be more active and have more outside adventures, my gym time was cut down....not a whole lot but instead of everyday to three days a week. Even watching what I ate five pounds crept on, and then last summer five more, (laying by the pool drinking Mikes Hard Lemonade didn't help). Ten pounds sounds small to be complaining about but on a small body frame thats up a couple of sizes in clothes. I would say I ate on average 1,300-2,000 calories a day, but even running a lot pounds were creeping on. I felt like no matter what the only way I could loose weight was to work out crazy everyday, barely eat, & feel light-headed all day long. If I wasn't loosing, I was gaining. My aunt actually gave my husband his number...(she is the one who introduced us to this diet).

    How many calories did you eat on average before? I've got to find that calculator and make sure my goal is correct. It's a fine point to keep losing healthfully....because eating too little isn't good and slows things down. Grrr!
