Was stalled for like 6 days. And stopped weighing for a few, thinking that would help me get over my obsession - so then when I finally DID get on the scale, was surprised to see a 4-lb gain!!!! But most of that is gone now. Coming to the end of week 3 and am only down 7.4 pounds. I am just finding that my body wants to hold onto this fat more tightly than in the past - probably due to age and hormones. <sigh>
Yep. Stalled. Typical. lol - that's about all I have to say today. Just gonna keep on keepin on.....
Yep, I am in the week 2 stall. Typical for me. Stayed pretty much the same today on the scale, just powering through it and hoping the scale starts moving again next week. Bitterly cold here, winter is finally upon us! And I desperately need new tires on my Jeep, ugh. Well, not desperately, but let's just say I could REALLY use new ones. Just have to save my pennies, right?
Two weeks til Christmas. One more gift to buy and then I'm done.

I am starting to believe that 266 is a set point for me. I've been hovering around this number for a week now. But it's only week 2 of this round, and I often stall weeks 2-3, so I'm just gonna stick it out and see where it takes me.
Hubby has the cold from hell. And I just realized that he got his own cough drops, and probably didn't even think to get sugar free ones. Hey stayed home from work

Yesterday was our first skip day, and after consulting with Grammy, our dose is too high. So tomorrow we are backing down our dose a bit. Hunger yesterday was miserable. I obsessessed about food all damn day. All day.
And I made myself some soup and spilled it down my shirt, where it pooled in my sports bra and burned me between the tatas. Yeah, blisters in my cleaveage made me forget about food
