    I messed up yesterday and didn't get 2 doses! so I may extend another day for loading. Just gonna wait and see how I feel. It seems funny to be eating things I have avoided like the plague! I haven't weighted in 3 days now so morning will be interesting. I just hope not too depressing,LOL!
    I have made a couple of posts in the P2 section on a thread titled Round 2 here we go. Seemed perfect! If you have trouble finding it, let me know

    Well, after leaving the other message, I changed my mind. So I will be loading the next 3 days. Giving myself an extra one since I will be out of town! Going for a 30 day round since I will cheat on Thanksgiving. Hoping to drop 10 pounds and would be happy with that for now. I think I am ready! I will be rogue though since I will continue to eat extra meat.
    So I will be running about a week behind you,LOL. Are you posting in a thread somewhere in the P2 section?

    Not really added much in the way of sugars or carbs and they were like a small one time deal. I've reached the end of P4 and I'm still 2 pounds below LDW but put on 2 pounds day before yesterday using Head Country Bar BQ sauce!!! Never again! Thank goodness I lost almost 5 pounds in P3!
    I'm kinda confused on the whole hairloss thing. I would think by now it should have slowed down. Got a new haircut and was talking to the hair dresser and she said it was from lack of protein.
    I want to be in the 170's so bad! Here we are, Halloween, and I am not loading. Seriously considering going rogue and eating more protein and doing a short round. So basically the only change in my diet right now would be the lack of cheese and no peanut butter. I am about over the peanut butter craving at least! Now if I could just get over the orange juice smoothie cravings! I cannot get enough of them!

    Heres 2 and good for Thanksgiving. If you search around on that site you can find some yummy recipes.
    Have you checked with your doc about the hair loss? Several things can cause this including low iron. I know you have been eating plenty spinach and red meat so thats probably not the case but you could have something going on, I think you should get some labs and include thyroid function tests. I think Omega 3 is good for hair loss and B complex vitamins if your not taking already. Keep in touch.

    Wanna share the cheesecake recipe
    I am planning a bit different way to make Thanksgiving dinner so it won't be so bad. So any recipes along those lines are great! Cheese cake has always been a favorite!
