  2. Yes thank you. I read and read and re-read. I printed the google doc. I couldn't get past 144 and just came off a weekend cheat. Day 1 was good and I felt fine. Worked out intensely for a hour with weights and cardio. Woke up to a. 6 loss. Was hoping for more after all the coffee cleaned me out. Day 2 was fine I was sore so just did yoga 20 mins and a 10 min walk. I ate a bit more calories. I'll see what happens tomorrow. Any suggestion for day 3?
