    no, yes, sort of. P3 always is scary for me but I'm learning how to do it better each round. The main thing is that you have to treat it like it is the first time every time you do it. Your body changes and what works once doesn't always work the second time. For your first time you probably won't have too hard of a time. My main suggestion is to eat P2 like (just a lot more calories and more choices in meat and vegetables) and slowly add in new things. If you add something in new for a day or two and see how your body reacts before adding the next new thing you can catch any problems quicker and eliminate them. Sometimes you can add that food back in after a week or so and sometimes it ends up being something your body doesn't like. If you go up more then 2 lbs. then do a steak day right away. I never stabilize right at my ldw. I seem to stabilize up 1 or 2 lbs. in P3 and another 1 or 2 lbs. in P4. But not everyone is like that.
