About limperio55
This part is always hard for me. I am a mother of 5, 4 girls and 1 boy. Ages 26, 24, 19, 14 and 12. I was a single mother for the past 10 yrs, until last year I found out the man I was dating on and off for 5 yrs was the one for me. It was funny when I met him I weighed 296 lbs and he was an former body builder but still worked out at least 2 hours a day. He definitely had never been a chubby chaser. We only seen each other maybe monthly for a long time since we lived in other towns. I had already began my journey when we met and it had nothing to do with his lifestyle by any means.

A few months prior I had become very sick, was diabetic, thyroid was waaay out of wack as it had been on and off for 20 years. I could hardly get out of bed to work. I had been working 3 jobs for almost 8 yrs and was beat. It got to the point my daughter had to take me in to the hospital and my Dr. let me know I may not be around much longer the way I was. Within a week.. I got myself up and out and walked a whole block!!!

Over the next year and half I dropped 105 lbs. I worked out daily maybe taking one day off. I ate very healthy, even my kids dropped 40 and 50 lbs. I never even really realized how unhealthy they were.

Dec. 2010 not sure exactly why but I started slowly creeping off my lifestyle and picking up old habits. Went back to working too much and not taking care of me again. I got back up 30 lbs and freaked.. I always said I refuse to be one that gains it all back and then some.. I have set my mind to completing this journey. Everything I have read and lived over the past couple of years says NEVER eat under 1200 calories, and ALWAYS eat breakfast after you get up, and many other things that is just the opposite of the HCG Program. However any time I varied from my strict lifestyle my weight suffered. If I ate a sweet it let me know right away. Im hoping that HCG will change that. I know I will have to probably do 3 rounds and Im good with that if at some point in my life I can live healthy and not have to stress so much about every little thing I do or dont do.. Its not an easy road I know but Im willing to put in whatever work is necessary.

Im in shock!

by limperio55 on July 13th, 2011 at 11:46 AM
I really did have doubts I wont lie. I worked for a year and a half to drop 1-2 lbs a week and had to work my butt off to do that. Its now R1 VLCD4 and I'm down 8.5 lbs. I'm just tickled to death about it for now.
