Hey Linda....I wrote you back about the lampwork thing....but I think it might have gotten lost in cyber-space? Did you ever get it?

YES! I DO make beads!!! I love it, even though I haven't torched for over a year due to physical pain and time....I am really looking forward to getting back to it!

My company's name is Refined with Fire. I used to have a really cool website thru pappashop, but I took it down since I wasn't selling anything anymore...

I use mostly soft glass, but somehow I ended up with 4 or 5 different COEs on my workbench....and don't even get me started on double helix colors!!!
I use a Lynx and have an oxygen generator.

    Do you have pictures anywhere?
Are you a member of LE (Lampworketc.com) or ISGB.org???

It is cool to meet another glass artist.
I have worked the Gathering registration/ sales booth a couple times and when buying shirts the running joke is "a 2x is a bead maker's medium."

I hope things are going better for you right now! Stay in touch!

    Teresa

If it was me, and it's not, I'd go back to P2 foods in liberal quantities with high fats/oils added for two or three days, getting as close to calories as possible, drinking 3L of water or more. Then, I'd add eggs. If all is ok, two days later, I'd add yogurt or one kind of cheese in

Here are a couple things that have turned my thinking completely around for what I thought I knew as far as weight management, but you are going to have to take the time to read/listen and see if it makes sense to you.

1) Gary Taubes book, 'Why We Get Fat.'

How I do it:

Breakfast: hard boiled egg, cracker
Afternoon snack: apple
Dinner: 8 oz lean sirloin, trimmed thoroughly, salad with P2 veggies (mixed)

I dropped a whole pound yesterday.

I also drank at least 3 liters water.
