Hey yall! I'm a Texas girl on a mission to get healthy! I have tried many diets (Weight watchers, South Beach, the P.I.N.K. method) and have never stuck with the program long enough to reach my end goal. I am a very driven, passionate person... at my job!! I go above & beyond and give 110%. I have never truly put that same effort into my personal health, and now I am putting my foot down and have got to just... do it! I'm doing it with HCG, under the provision of my doctor.

1.8 lb drop after a 6 day stall.. finally!!

So finally I have dropped some weight since my 6 day plateau!! i think its because my TOM is wrapping up...my dr. said I actually lost 3.4 lbs of fat but gained 1.6 lbs of water weight. i have my body composition measured every wednesday so she was able to figure that out from my numbers from last week. i'm back to protocol and i'm happy because i am back to losing!! today is r1 p2 vlcd 26 and i've lost 18.4 lbs!! i am shooting for 25lbs total loss for my 42 day round.

I'm desperate & I hope this works

So I have not lost an ounce since last Wednesday... 5 days ago..NO LOSS!! Yes, i'm on my TOM but still....i'm super discouraged right now. I am desperate. I can not show up to my Dr.'s appt in 2 days without a loss. SO, my friend suggested that I try this age old trick to drop lbs quick. for 1 day, only consume liquids, specifically chicken buillon and sugar free jello only. lots of water. today i tried it but also had some lite cool whip, a taste of mashed potatoes, and 2 breaded chicken strips.

5 day stall.. could it be from Aunt Flow?

Has anyone experienced a stall during their time of the month? I'm approaching the end of week 4 on phase 2 and have stalled all week! i started my period on friday & its usually only 4 days. i'm hoping i'll drop when its done because this is a major let down. I don't know what to do! Today I'm going to amp up the cardio... any other advice? Has this stall happened to you on your TOM?

Haven't had much time to blog! I've been busy working, grocery shopping, preparing, and cooking...HCG style! Thanks to other bloggers out there I've been able to find some creative recipes to cook that are HCG approved for phase 2 which I'm currently on.

This is what I've cooked:
Slow Cooker Roast
Homemade Chicken Broth
Ground beef mix for Lettuce Wraps
Baked Chicken

I've had my hunny grill me a few steaks as well... Veggie

Round 1: Day 4

In my last post I mentioned that I had lost 2.5 lbs between day 2 and 3. I'm so proud of myself!! that's awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well today I'm on day 5, blogging about day 4 & guess what? I lost 2.5 lbs today, too!! For a total loss of 5.1 lbs since starting on Wednesday. OMG!!! I'm doing my happy dance!!
