Some people use compression garments to help with loose skin. Others take supplements.

Guess it depends. You are on P1, doing a cleanse? You are anticipating loading here soon, right? Dr. Simeons says to eat a lot of fat when loading. I think it's psychologically helpful to load with whatever foods you think you will miss eating on P2, making sure to include lots of fat. Some people actually lose while loading, so I would not worry about that. Do you have far to go until your ideal weight?

As far as being Leptin Sensitive goes, it depends if you have the signs yet. You may be starting to see some signs while on HCG. For me the biggest signs are improved sleep and skin, no cravings, and no soreness after hard work/exercise. Good luck!

Oops, sorry I didn't see your question until today! I'm still around, but I actually didn't end up switching brands of drops mid-round, because I was able to get more of the same to finish out the round. Sorry I can't help with that topic, but please let me know if you have other questions. Hope you are doing well!

Hi there! If you are on Facebook - many of my quilts can be seen on the Benartex Inc. page - https://www.facebook.com/Benartex

Also, if you go to the Quilt Gallery on the Benartex website you can see many of my designs there - http://benartex.com/page/quilt-gallery.htm Any of them that say "Stitched Together Studios" are my designs.

We are working on a website and a facebook page - they should be up soon!

Hi there! I'm not sure how much I have left, maybe a week's worth or less. I'm bad at judging amounts though haha. But I'm just planning on using them until there's no more left, then doing the 2 VLCD no-drop days then P3 time! Do you know when you'll start P3? I was kind of nervous about it before but yeah, it seems like a lot of people in the HHCG Lounge are starting P3 so I've been reading all the info and advice about it and it makes me feel better! I think I'm mentally prepared for P3 now. Good luck to you as you start it too!

Also, thanks for the reply about tasting food. My fiance's mom is co-owner of the company, and my fiance is the sous chef, so besides the other owner they are mostly in charge of tasting. There is one employee who is in the process of becoming a sous chef so they trust him to taste instead, and they figured that if they're the only ones there they could just spit it out. Good to know what you do!

About LinenPants
Biography:
I can't wait to fit into my linen pants. In Florida thats all you really need.

Although I bought my drops at a reputable store, I don't think they were of good quality. As the drops I started around day 40 seem to work as promised. I was very very hungry for the fisrt 40.
I switched to drop that fulfilled all of the hcg diet claims. What a difference.
So I went for 84 days then took a break. I worked out to gain muscle because of much (sigh) loose skin :( Wish I hadn't waited so long to lose weight.
