    Here is a recipe someone posted for me for the detox bath. I'm going to try it tonight.

    My detox bath consisted of:
    2 c epsom salts (I found lavender scented salts at CVS and it smelled SO good)
    1 c baking soda
    1 c sea salt
    1/4 c ground ginger (I used ground because I had no fresh)
    You can add glycerin also but I didnt have any so I didnt
    There may be more ingredients that ppl add but this is what I had on hand and it was 1030pm so I gave it a go!
  2. Lisa, there are some good threads going...this is my first round and I am still relatively new to the boards so I'm not sure how they are compared to in the past but I am finding some of them helpful! Today is low calorie day 4 for me. Hope day 2 goes well for you!

my weight is way up today! 134. something I got scared after seeing 134!!!

quick update

I have been pretty stable at 130-131.6 no matter what I eat...today I am up to 132 from a really off day....moved a friend into an apartment on the third floor and went out for chinese after.

Eating clean today since I am still technically within my 2lb range with my last dose weight being 131.6.

so, I decided to cut my round short for various reasons and today is day 3 of phase 3 and I am down to 128! I don't understand why, but I am not complaining at all! I know I should expect part of it to come back on since my LDW was 131...but right now I am basking in the glory of the 120s=-)

yesterday I ate about 900 calories and today I will probably end up around 1100 to 1200. Some items on todays menu include carb balance fajitas with beef and ranch dressing (yes I know the tortillas

some progress today!

lunch today is albacore tuna with a little mustard, a side of melba, and an orange if I feel the need.

Dinner will most likely be talapia and a veggie since I forgot one for lunch!

finally some movement!

the scale read 132.4 this morning! Hopefully this means I will start getting some regular losses again. I am hoping to be securely into the 120s before I end this round which is still possible if I don't stall out again! I really do think it is because I am reaching the weight ranges that I spent YEARS at. I know it might be a struggle from here on to get where I want to be but I am determined to make it.
