I started my HCG round on Sat. did loading over the weekend, and I'm already considering a scratch because I'm worried I will be sabotaging myself during Christmas. We are spending a full week at the in-laws, and I won't be able to eat the correct foods, just whatever is available. This is obviously not going to be good. I think I will stop now while i'm still in the beginning, try to still eat healthy for the rest of the year while I'm home and start at the new year. I am sad I won't be 10 pounds
So last round I lost almost 15 lbs which was my goal, but after P2, I didn't do well in P3 and never stabilized instead i gained and kept gaining. I didn't have the right mindset for P3 last time, I thought that I wouldn't have to put much effort into it and I was wrong. I have gained back almost all of the loss. SO SAD!!
I am going to try again because I know this works and I know I will do what it takes to keep it off!

So last night I discovered my scale was crazy. Not because I don't like the number.... but because it can't decide how much I weigh. lol so that is a problem. Anyway I had to use it this morning bc it's the only one that I had and it's at least withing a 2-3 lb range each weigh so I wanted to make sure I hadn't done anything crazy...
Yesterday I ate tuna with mayo, avocado, tomato and cucumber for lunch had left overs to put in the fridge and bc when dinner came around i was to tired to cook
I weighed myself this morning at 136.6
I weighed myself a few hours after breakfast 134.6
I weighted myself a few minutes later 135
I weighted myself 5 minutes later 137.6.... WHAT?
not happy with my scale. It's the only one I have until Friday when I can buy a new one. I've only had it for 2 months and it's already going crazy! Since I got it at Target and it's past the 60 days I bet I can't return it either. Dang it.
I did double check and the scale has a warranty
... Yesterday I must have though I was invincible. I just kept eating. All were P3 foods so it wasn't to bad,
