Where are you posting? I decided to mainly stick to the hhcg lounge - enough posts in a day to keep me full! I updated my siggy to reflect my first week's tally...9.6lbs down, 5.5" off waist and hips. I am super-duper amazed that I was able to stay on protocol all week, but there were days I did not eat enough veggies for sure. I like veggies, just not the same ones all the time. How about you???
