    Hi Lorie, saw your post in "too many steak days". Have you tried a Full Fat Fage day? My sister did one and lost 3.4 lbs As opposed to her steak day, she lost 1.8 Good luck

    Hey Lorie!! Congratualtions on a successful P3. The nurse has given me until next Thursday and then I have to go on P3, which I'm absolutely terrified of. I have no idea what I'm supposed to do, but I plan to look at the forum for some ideas. I've had alot of ups and downs, but all in all, I lost 21 pounds and a good bit of inches, so I guess I can't complain all that much... Keep me posted and good luck in P4. I can't wait until I can have my sugar free chocolate again!

Round 2 and beyond

Well, here I am again. I began round 2 just before Thanksgiving. What am I crazy? I started on a whim because I am a big chicken and have never mixed my own drops. I walked in on a friend mixing her drops and had her mix some for me too. So my drops dilema was done but it was a week before Thanksgiving and would take me P2 into Christmas!
