    I saw your post about training for a 1/2 marathon and being on hCG. I'm sure you have gotten a lot of discouraging remarks. I hope you haven't given up. I've done a lot of research on it and you do not have to be carb heavy to train. Yes, it does take the body some time to adjust, but it can be done. Some research suggests that its actually easier for the body to burn/liberate its own fat for fuel rather than trying to convert something else. Google low carb running, and the like. I'll see if I can muster up some links if you are still interested.
  2. hi, I lost 25 pounds, then I was so hungry that I quit , but just re-start 6 days ago, so far, 6 pounds down, plus 15 before I quit (21 total). Congratulations, you are doing awesome! I hear you can do a 50 days round if you skip a day every 6 days (skipping day 7), but you have to do it from the beginning.

    Hey how is everything going? I have lost 25.3 lbs and it is day 39 for me. I have not cheated even slightly. I had a 2 week stall with gnawing out loud hunger and almost quit. I just started to lose again but I think its a little slower now. I still get hunger but not too bad. Can't wait for P3 but really want to lose 34lbs in p2 ao not sure what will happen.
