I'm in R2/P2 and and both of the threads to which I subscribe seem to have fallen apart. A few people quit the protocol stating it was too hard. A few have gone on to P3. For those who say its too hare. I wish them well in whatever they try next. Although I can't imagine anything easier than this protocol. Your never hungry, you loose weight quickly, and you don't have to exercise, I guess some people are waiting for a magic pill. In addition, given all the ups and downs, mostly medical,
According to doctors 2 pounds per week is the maxium one should loose. Using that measurment, makes the process abhorrent and agonizingly long. While the saying every little bit helps, is true. If one is tens, or hunderds of pounds overweight, loosing two pounds per week won't allow you to ride a roller coster with someone this summer, or let sit comfortable in an airplane seat by the your vacatation date. When you consider the time, food sacrifices, exercise, ecetra, two pounds a week hardly
VLCD4 over. This is was not an easy day due to my regular Tuesday evening dinner ritual. It is cheap chicken day at Popeyes. How can you pass on 2/$1.00. How does one stop looking forward to somethin. I never realized this was an issue until now. I now have a new montra. Nothing taste as good as skinny feels. Then I pulled out my shape magazine for motivation. I kept say one day I'm going to look like this, but I must stay the coarse to get there. However I don't know if I can get through
Yesterday I found myself off protocol; I'm not sure if this was untentionally or by design. I've been fighting a craving for mustard greens for quite a few days. I went to the store to pick up a few HCG friendly foods. The next thing I know I'm checking out with the HCG food I came for inaddition to smoked turkey and mustard greens. If I had to go rogue, I'm glad the damage wasn't terribly detrimental. I'm down a pound and I'll take it. My losses may have been grater by a few onces had I stuck
Well, it is R1/P2/VLCD2 I'm down 1.8 lbs but I'm having issues. The 1st one is I didn't have a chance to post last night due to a power outage. The second one is I have never been a fan of water. So, getting down enough to be in line with the protocol has been a challenge. When I was a child, we didn't have much soda, but plenty of milk, lemonade, and Kool-Aid. There was always soda at Grandma's house. Back then I was a huge fan of chocolate milk. I think my distain for water developed during
