Hi there ! See you on the chat board from time to time, so thought I'd drop you a line. I will be 40 in a few months as well, and trying to get this last 25# off. I have lost almost 50 in the last 15 months, but the scale won't budge anymore, despite eating well and working out like a maniac. ow is it going for you ? I start loading this w/e and am sooooooo excited, nervous, etc. Lots of emotions ! Hope we can be buddies too, but you will be a bit ahead of me, so you can tell me how it's going down. :-) Love this site and the chat boards. Drop me a line if you want and HAPPY LOSSES !

cmarsh4, ME TOO not telling very many people about this as they would freak! i used to work for weight watchers until my princess came along and the last 20 lbs wouldn't budge no matter how clean i ate or how long i exercised. crossing fingers this will work or goodwill is going to get a BUTTLOAD of clothes that i can no longer wear!! i want my skinny jeans back!

I am a newbie and starting March 24th. No one knows about this but my two co-workers so it would be nice to have some buddies going through it around the same time. I have always done the clean eating/exercise dieting and have had some success but it just seems to have stalled so I am going to try this to get on track and then maybe my clean eating and exercise will help me keep it off.
