    I am supposed to start P4 today (I'm on third shift), but I think I'm just going to continue to eat the same things I have been. I don't crave any carbs anyway, and if I want bread, I make it with coconut or almond flour so I think I'm good. I might add a baked sweet potato here or there, but basically, I think I'll eat like this until I start P2 again on Jan 15th...the only exception might be a piece or two of Christmas candy, but even that I'm not craving too bad, so it will be easier than any diet I've ever done! I just can't wait to lose the last 10-15...I'm going to be so skinny!!!

    You know lady..I have no idea when I start P3, I start when I finish the bottle; so within the next few days. Maybe thursday morning?? Or wednesday night? Cool! Well, I'm glad that you are stablizing..how has P3 been for you overall?

    Hi doll!

    Wellll..the weight loss is going good. I have found the secret formula for me to liose upwards of a pound a day consistently..so since then I have been doing well. Except for a few stalls (of my own doing) here and there I am getting closer to my goal weight. I am ending P2 in the next few days and then P3/P4 until next year..then its P2 for the next poundages..

    Wow...3.2 lbs. that is fantastic!!! I am glad all is going well. If you need a chocolate fix try the cacao powder and see if you like it. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.

    Hi Chica!

    Well, I worked the whole weekend away..and totally blew my diet today. So, its a chicken day for me tomorrow. This is my first time blowing my diet since I've been doing this program. I went completely off the reservation.

    Ah, well..I think its just the mental head games with this program and the slow weight loss overall. I've been strict on the protocol the entire time until tonight. Soo...back to square one (sorta) tomorrow although I was down 2 lbs today..

    Hi Miriam - thanks for checking in on me. On day 3 of my antibiotics so hopefully they'll start kicking in. Weight loss has been slow this week, but it was during the same time in my first round two. I read that you're doing well with the scale. Congrats.

    Ola Chica!

    Well, today is going fine..I had about 1-2 lbs loss (I can't tell cause my scale is crappy) But, I think about a 2lb loss this morning. But, I ran off and forgo to take my drops for the morning (whoops!)..I am thinking that I may extend my 23 days to about 30 (because of thanksgiving) and just hope that I am down around 15-19 lbs..about 10 lbs less than what I had hoped for but, it will be okay either way.

    Also, I quite the cabbage and the green beans--so, right now I am sticking tomatos and salad greens those seem to work okay for me as well as celery, greens of any kind and brussel sprouts..I want to try the other veggies just to see what does and doesn't work..

    I have been eating any of the starchy stuff--I'm gluten free so it doesn't matter to me in the long run anyhoots..

    Just taking it one day at a time with zero expectations of much weight loss. I know that I am at a setpoint in my body at the moment so this is gonna take a minute to break through..
