    Hey Marie, I see your back on the wagon and so I'm I. I gained all my weight back.....can you believe me. Since I've been back in school I think the stress got to me, not to mention that sitting and studying next to the refrigerator is not a good thing to do. Anyway, How is it going for you?     I am down to 174, just updated my ticker. So this is vlcd 12 for me on round 2, very slow going but going down I was at the doctor this week, my b/p is down, my cholestrol numbers perfect, fasting blood sugar 80, so happy with my numbers!!! I think you should go rogue, add protein by all means. I can't tell you how many times I have read, if your going to cheat, have some extra protein. I think you should get some labs done though, seriously. You make me consider going past Thanksgiving and making that a cheat day.....hmmm. I guess I will see how I feel then. I stablized on p3 which is good but I like seeing the scale go down for sure. I haven't been posting at all. I didn't find a fit for me plus I have been busy with work and school and family things... If you go on a p2 thread let me know and I will join you. I have to study for a test now. Have fun loading for THREE days (so jealous!)

    Here is 2 good ones for Thanksgiving. If you search around on that site you can find a ton of low carb recipes including the almond flour pancakes, sooooo good.
    Have you seen your doc for the hair loss? You may have low iron or hypothyroid, you need to get some labs. Omega 3's are good for hair loss and so is B Complex Vitamins if your not taking already.
    Loading was fun this time, burgers, pizza and icecream, so good but i felt so sick.

    Hi Marie,
    I'm loading today and tomorrow, restarting vlcdays on Sunday. I believe that I stablized because my wt stayed strong at 182. I am ready to lose more and my friend said you can skip p4 so I decided to do a short round before Thanksgiving. My original plans were to load on Thanksgiving but I don't mind being on p3 for Thanksgiving, I found a good cheesecake recipe and what I really want is to be in the 170's

R1P2 started 6-30-11 85 days long with a loss of 39.2 pounds. Yes, I had a couple of cheats but got back on the horse!
R1P3 started 9-24-11 Maintained 5 pounds below LDW
R2P2 started after the Holidays 2011, lost 15 pounds in 30 days. Maintained great!
R3P2 started after Holidays 2012, drops didn't have HCG in them!
This protocol has taught me a lot about myself!
