I just came off a planned interruption of 11 days after completing 23 days on p2. I maintained really well within the 2 pound window. Only one pound over to be exact, so I jumped back into p2 as soon as I could, but after 4 days my bottle broke! I'm forced to quit early and I don't know if anyone knows if this is ok? Also TOM paid me a visit, so these last 4 days there has been no losses 😢
I completed 23 days of p2 and went off to do a planned interruption for 11 days. During that time I was stabalizing/maintaining with no issues, and stayed within the 2 pound rule. After 11 days of p3, I jumped back into p2 without loading, and I'm now on day 4 of p2, but my hcg bottle broke! I won't get another one in until about 4-5 days from now, and I don't know what I should do.....advice?
I have had it! It's been a few months since I finished my second round of hcg. The whole round was a total different struggle than the first round. First round was so successful, I had no idea the second time around would be the total opposite. Long story short, my second round I only lost 8 pounds in 23 days which was not a good loss at all. I went from 135 to 127. My goal was 125, but I was ok with 127. Well, I gained those 8 pounds back because as soon as I got Into p4 I could not maintain.
Well this last round was a total failure no matter how many correction days, and how much I watched what I ate. As soon as I entered P4 I began having trouble maintaining. Something that did not happen the round before that over a year ago. I gained all my weight back! I'm back to 135 😢. I had only gotten down to 127, but the pounds slowly creeped back up after I noticed trouble maintaining while in p4. The only time I manage to stay ok is when I stick to Strick P3 foods, but why is this
I think I finally figured out why I'm having trouble maintaining in P4.... This is my 4th week into p4 and I have gained 3 pounds from the last day in P2. I managed to stay within the 2#window in P3 with no problems, but I realized I began eating something that perhaps is the culprit for not being able to maintain in P4. During P3 I was recommended to eat flax seed. I began to look for recipes on how to make muffins, and I found one claiming to be P3 friendly. Well, the flax seed itself is not the
