Hello there....well I'm on day 19 of my very first round...i've lost 14.5 pounds. No idea how to gauge this...if I'm doing well as I have nothing to compare it to. I'm looking at extending my first round as I have my TOM right now. Any advice...suggestions on anything? You look beautiful by the way!

hello pretty girl! How have you been? Staying on track I presume! lol I'm doing ok, just doing the best I can. Dying to get out and do something, but I'm not a fan of doing much on this diet cause I get so tired and "weird feeling" Ya know? Hey I was wondering, how old are you?

My losses are good except I gained a little today. I'm having a hard time! And I'm so angry... its funny cause its just food but I'm like dammit I want to eat lol! Yeah I live in a tiny studio in a very questionable neighborhood (think downtown orlando) I keep looking for a better place, but the rent here is SOOOOOOOOOO cheap and I dont know if I have the funds to move. And my landlord lets me get away with alot. I would love to live in like thorton park, or college park but idk. Sorry you got kicked out. Parents are weird. When I was younger my mom would kick me out all the time but now she's always asking me to come live with her. Go figure.
I got pissed off and de activated my facebook one day. I might reactivate it but idk when.

Yeah I actually eat about 530 cals total on this round. I upped my protein from the start.
