    I have family in seattle, but thats not really why I want to be there lol. There is just something about seattle! The energy is just different there. I feel like it's more cultured, more progressive, and more interesting. Haha. Not to mention there are tons of hot young professionals there.

    AHhhhh! I know what your thinking, I dont need to lose anymore, but its a personal decision. I did gain like 14 lbs over the holidays and felt gross. So I want to get back to where I was. I love how hcg is like a detox and afterwards you feel better and have a better relationship with food. So really thats what I look forward to the most. Eh I dont know, I'll up my portions if it gets to low, but I am commited to the 23 days. Where would we go for a protocol friendly lunch? I cant even think?? And there is nothing wrong with the bus! Im hoping to move to seattle in a year or so and when I do I will most likely ditch my car and go the public transportation route. Orlando needs to up their game and offer better transportation. I kinda admire you for that. xo

    Hi mbliss, thanks for your candor. I am so sorry you had to deal with all that! I understand how life takes over while we have other plans.
    I agree with you about P4. I am still evaluating and am not sure yet when I will start R2. I dont think my P3 and P4 will be different. So it will likely be an extended P3 of maybe 5 weeks. Then start R2.

    I will keep track of you to see how you are doing. I know you will have terrific results as you have had so far. Take care!

    Hi mbliss!
    I am interested in your decision to ditch P4 and go to R2. I am thinking of doing the same thing. I don't think I will ever be able to add sugar and starch on a regular basis and figure I need about 4 more rounds sooo what's the point of going thru a P4 now and stabilizing at this weight? I will possibly extend P3 to give my body a break from vlcd. Would you mind sharing what helped you to make your decision? The opinions on the board are as varied as the people! Thanks! Oh and I agree with you on the microwave. I go months without using it. Julie

  10. i CANNOT wait til January! Round 2 *ding ding ding* yes! ~ I am extending P3 a week, and I am not P4'ing. I am so excited to find my January Buddies! I think after this round 2 I will be where I need to be!

    Bad day for P3... I ate Chipolte, but ya know what... I DESERVED IT! And I will have a good week and a half til my man comes, then I may or hopefully.. may not have a few things I shouldn't, but all in all, I LOVE HCG like most of us and I am really excited for another round.. believe it or not.. I LOVED 500 cals a day, it is very hard already to increase that amount.
