I am a mother of one wild 5 year old and work my butt off to support him however after that c-section that dumb fat ledge left by the staples has glued the fat there. I've lost quite a bit of weight in the last 2 years, around 30 lbs. just looking to reach my goal weight and then maintain!

No one to blame but myself!

This weekend was a tough one! My son was at his dad's so we were out and about the majority of it. Alcohol on P2 never makes me gain thankfully but I broke down Saturday and had wings from BWW and then on Sunday had cheese curds (deep fried just plain ole fat!). I was finally down to 133.4 saturday morning so why i chose to cheat I have no idea but i just thought screw it, 3 days left on drops...so Sunday I woke up to a 1 lb gain and this morning i'm at 136.2 lbs. ..2.8 lbs gained over the weekend.

Getting Close...VLCD26

I woke up to a 1.5lb loss this AM leaving me at 135.4 lbs. I'm only 7.4 lbs from my goal. I was planning on only making this a 30 day round as I did my first round but I really want to reach my goal of 128 lbs...may have to extend by a week or so.

I've been reading alot of info on the paleo/primal lifestyle while looking for ways to continue to lead a healthy lifestyle after HCG. It looks very do-able. I would adapt it to my preferences a little and go primal adding in a little

Weekend's Over :(

I have been at a stall of 138.6 since last wednesday...I stayed on protocol and finally sunday morning woke up to 135.8...I was stoked. Made some thin pork for dinner last night and go figure this happens. I cooked mine first in no oil then cooked for my bf and son in some olive oil. Well I ended up kind of burning those and they are picky so I gave them mine and I ate theirs...then I remembered the oil! Doh! So was dreading weighing this a.m...up to 137.6 however that still leaves me a pound

A whole lot of nothin

Day 17 and this morning was a wash, still at 138.2, i'm thinking most likely because I worked from 8 until 8 yesterday and forgot to bring my dinner with me so I didn't end up eating until 9pm which I try not to do and didn't drink near enough water and only got 1 fruit in.

I made a batch of cocoa crack today which I know is a P2 no-no however I don't plan on eating it like I would normal chocolate, I put some in my coffee this morning. Not to impressed but its something sweet

Playing Catch Up

Day 16 and I'm down 1.1 lbs this am to 138.2. Almost caught back up to my Saturday morning weight of 137.6. That squash lost me 3 days darnit. However, I must keep on keeping on! 12 hour workday today then reformer pilates tomorrow night so keeping busy is a good thing! 10 lbs. to go until I reach my goal weight...I am so hoping I make it in 30 days as planned however if I need to stretch it out a bit longer to make my goal I will. I was reading on the forums about everyone gaining their weight
