    Hey there! I'm good. I worked a bunch this week....too much actually. I do some 12 hr shifts that just about knock the **** out of me. Especially if they are really sick patients that need alot of tweeking to keep stable....which is what I had all stinking week this time. Also went to visit my parents, about 1.5 hr away. My mom isn't doing very well, so that is difficult emotionally. As a control freak, its hard for me to surrender to the fact that I can't "fix" her, ya know? Old habits die hard with us.

    Hi there. Firstly great job on your loss thus far. I understand your concerns about losing the last 20 lbs but I have a question, would it be so bad if you came under by 5 lbs? I mean you will still be in your 190s. My first round in p2 was 63 days so you're doing so much better than I ever did. For stalls I suggest a detox bath versus an apple day. Apple days make you lose water but then it seemed to slow down my loses there after. I wish you the best of luck.

So after last nights egg white mountain and a gallon of water, I finally had a decent overnight loss. I mean, I can't stand water and the fact that I have to slug down almost a gallon a day kills me although not drinking enough is definately what is attributing to my "slow" weight loss. Today for some reason I just felt like falling into my old habbits. I wanted to bad to snack that I actually found myself munching on spring mix as if they were potato chips..oh how I wish.
