This blog entry will include my fresh new HCG Journey that started November 23, 2014 with my 17 year old daughter.

Before ordering our Sublingual HCG, my daughter & I read pounds & inches, googled, inquired & read read read any & all info to master HCG. We made little errors along the way, but ultimately we were successful.

R1 VLCD day 1

So I'm day one for VLC I'm hoping I can get through the next 22 days. I'm going to work on my mindset. After doing more research I uncovered a wonderful goarge menu that I wish I had that last two days. I'll keep it on my blog for anyone's future reference.
