I found this recipe (little bit rogue) on the forum. It is really yummy - and filling. I cannot eat the whole thing in one sitting.

We also made a cucumber salad in P2, used cucumbers and red onions with ACV and some rice wine vinegar with lots of spices from the herb garden (or use dried) like oregano, thyme, majoram, basil, etc. After it marinades a while, eat the cucumbers one meal and the onions the next. We eat them together outside of P2.
I have the information on programming my Zo for whole wheat - follow the directions for the "Homemade" cycle. My cycle is a total of 45 minutes. 5 minutes preheat, 10 minutes kneading and 30 minutes rising.
