    Some people don't agree with this but I personally was not seeing as good of results in body transformation as I have when I've eaten the lower fat foods. In other words, even though I was 116 lbs and could see my underlying muscle structure well I had a clearly visible layer of fat that seemed somewhat resistant to whatever exercise I did. I would continue to eat things like almonds in moderation but cut things like bacon, full fat sour cream and so on. I will still eat mug cake and my sugar free ice cream though not everyday Hope this is helpful to you!

    Hi, sorry it took me so long I haven't been on here. Yes, I did exercise on P3. I did weights and HITT cardio. I would highly recommend starting an exercise program or picking up where you left off. My problem was that I stopped going when the holidays hit and began allowing myself to eat Christmas treats and basically whatever I wanted knowing that I could just do another round of hcg. That is not a good way to go for sure and I'm not sure why I did it. So, I put a great deal of my weight back on and I am back on P2. I believe that if I would have just continued on eating P3 and exercising that I would not be in this position now. I was perfectly satisfied with the P3 treats and foods. The only thing that I am thinking of doing differently this time around is that I will probably gradually wean off the really high fat versions of foods.

I just have to comment on how things are going for me now. Round 2 was such a crock compared to this round. I did the pellets hoping to save a buck and what a bad deal. I was hungry and miserable compared to the way I feel today. Not to mention a bad candida bout made me carb crazy!!!

So today, I'm my lowest weight since HCG!! No hunger, no cravings, feeling awesome!!!!! I can't stress enough how important dosing is....now, just to stick it out for 16 more shots...trying to

So I'm starting to feel a renewed sense of commitment to this lifestyle. For some reason, I've been fighting some mad cravings and have been whining about what I can't eat and how everything looks and smells so good. I've not been hungry though, which is so important. Now, I'm proud of myself for not cheating, handling some pretty tough situations. Why is 160 so bad....

I dreamed of this number since January when I started my weight loss journey. Now, I'm there from a low of 157 and I'm upset? Boy, I need to fix my brain!!! I guess what's bugging me is that according to BMI, I'm overweight again. This doesn't seem fair. I'm in P4, but doing mostly P3 eating. I added a banana, grapes, and 5 peanut M n M's....Ugh, I'll get through this, but it just helps to vent!
