Ok so last time i posted i posted about craving a tunafish sandwich so bad I was salivating over itWell the tunafish won dammit! Last Friday night I was so hungry and decided to have a tunafish sandwich so I made myself some tuna with carrots, celery and onions (my favorite food next to hot dogs!) It was so good I ate the entire sandwich, then woke up on Saturday and had another, I decided I blew it for the day and had Mc Donalds for lunch. So Ive lost a total of 24 pounds! Whoo Hooo! It gets easier everday and the fact that I have searched and scoured the internet for tons of recipies definately helped me out ALOT! I also got Braggs Liquid Aminos, Liquid flavor Stevia which has helped with different recipies and am waiting for my delivery of Miricle Noodles so I can try them out. I bought a hand held food vacuum sealer and that helped alot too all my stuff is portioned and vacuumed in the bags and either frozen or in the fridge. It
Ok so today is day 5 of phase 2, I have LOTS of weight to and I have had some problems with hunger this past week. Not everyday but I get up at 6:30 am and do not go to sleep until 11:30 pm.
