    Hi Miesha,
    sure i'll be your pal. Always good to have someone cheer you on if you need it. Good luck in phase 2. I am extending my phase 2 for a week because I can't seem to drop anymore. There's enough there that needs to be gone I tell ya but it's stuuuuuuborn. Drives me nuts. Hopefully the scale will be nice in the morning

TOM experiment experience conclusion

Good morning,

Sorry for the delayed post. So my results after continuing my drops while on TOM and eating naturally diuretic foods I lost a total of about 5 pounds while. I stalled one day and continued to loose and I stalled the day after it ended. But other than those I lost so I hope that brings hope that weight loss on TOM is possible. FYI, I ship wrecked on the day after TOM ended when I didn't loose. I ate what I wanted the whole weekend and gained a whopping 2 pounds. I pray

Hiccup while in week 1....The TOM (time of the month) experiment experience

Good morning everyone!

So far I have lost 9.6 lbs and am so excited!! I'm on VLCD 4 and have already had a hiccup. I started loading January 26 and VLCD started the 28th, I was well beyond ten days of TOM and low and behold on VLCD 3 he came lurking at my doorsteps..... I was utterly DiSSAPPOINTED all yesterday at the fact that he was EARLy... Waaaay early.... I began to frantically research and text my rep because I was freaking out.
