    Hey I completely agree thats why I love this site, theres so many people on the same journey. So far so good, today is only VLCD D2 and I've doing pretty basic meals per protocol but I wanted to try out some of the recipes I found like chili. I'm just trying to think ahead so I don't feel like my meals are getting boring. How are you doing?

Today I didn't lose. But, I didn't gain either. It was somewhat of a let down, stepping on the scale and not seeing a loss. But at the same time, I was relieved that I hadn't gained. I spoke with a friend who is on her fourth round about it and my frustrations. She told me that it's okay. That the same thing has happened with her. She said since I lost a little over 4 pounds after the loading (or after my first low cal day) that I shouldn't be discouraged and I will lose. She brought me back up.

VLCD Day 2

Hello to All,

Today is my second low cal day. I have lost 2.4 of my pre-load weight after my first low cal day. Yay! I got stuffed today at lunch, which was surprising to say the least. I'm pretty sure I weighed my food right. I just hope I didn't mess up weighing my protein or something. I guess I will know tomorrow. Maybe this is normal for some?
