My life has been nothing but diets. My mom put me on my first diet when I was in 2nd grade 21 years later I still am losing the battle of the bulge. I have yo-yo'd,plateaued, lost and gained it all back. My goal is to lose 115 lbs which would finally put me in a healthy bmi for my height. It's a long road ahead but I hope this time around I finally reach my destination and maybe help out some hitchhikers along the way :)
Gardening, flying toy helicopters, playing on the computer, school, dieting

So this morning I weighed myself and those two pounds gained had been lost No additional weight loss BUT at least I did not see a gain...I am going to try the el-natural approach to this diet like some of my readers have suggested and see how this works...I'm still keeping some hope that I'm going to get this BOOM in weight loss like I read in so many other peoples blogs...with some time we shall see

This diet is like poorly matched boyfriend...I'm super faithful sticking to the plan even though I'm starving all day craving carbs like a crack head I don't ever give into temptation I do everything including switching all my hygiene products since the beginning which costed a fortune and for the first few days AMAZING!! Ok..so this diet says we have to keep within the range of 500 calories a day...DID YOU KNOW that even if your weighing your foods using a scale and cooking dry (no oils only foil and non stick pans) you could be eating too many calories!!I started tracking on line using Myfitnesspal.com (which is free by the way) because well I was only using it for the free ticker app and figured I could log my food on line vs. my planner I lug with me everywhere and guess what!?!Certain combinations of food on

I weighed myself this morning and I'm already down 2.2 LBS unbelievable I can't believe this diet works!! And to all my readers thank you all for your kind words of support you all have inspired me I look at your pages and seen how much you all lost I want to be that person and you all keep up the good work!!

DIVINE exotic soup recipe!!

I went to class earlier today and ate my melba and apple during break...when i got home i had planned on making radish soup and this recipe i found from penzey's ( a local michigan spice store i subscribed to their magazine) I actually made the soup first and tasted it and it was ok then I made the shrimp recipe and it was yummy i thought maybe it would taste good together so I threw the shrimp into the soup pot and OMG!! I'm asian so I like exotic flavored soup and this was out of this world!!
