    ok so i still hav been taking the hcg but havent been eating on protocol and fall between 158-160 depending on what i eat uh i want to lose a lil more weight but idk yet i think i will just try to do ab workout cuz thats all thats left and my boobs uhh i havent quit i am trying to get off of them but i will try to start eating bak on protocol for the last week or so any sugguestions on how to get off of them and still lose more weight on my own...sorry it took so long to respond i havent been on in a while..
