I read in a forum post you did a fat fast?Im wondering how those work? what is chocolate mouse?I knowwhat coco crack is an love it. I have heard of many variations of this and im nervous to ry unless I have to. But I may when losses slow down toward my goal. Have you had any trouble stabilzing in p3 and p4? I dont want to mess up p3 becuase of things in p2..but I am willing to try some stuff. I love my fff days ...wonder if i can use full fat fage in a fat day? Some people do steak days in p2 and lose well too!I want to try but very nervous, im semi discouraged as it is.. i was done with hcg and then did a bad p3 last round and gain WAY too much around the holidays. so I want to get this off ASAP! Thanks
