  1. I haven't been on in quite a while. I have lost 28 lbs in 45 days R1 drops. I waited 4 weeks and did a 30 day drops and lost 13 lbs. I have been off of drops for 19 days and have not gained. Sticking to P3. I am only6lbs from goal so I am happy:-)
  2. I am on day R1P2 day 33 of VLCD and I have lost 22 lbs so far. I'm on the 45 day plan doing HHCG drops. I will be starting P3 soon and I'm a little nervous. Any advice would be helpful.

Hives

Im on day 34 of VLCD using HHCG. Yesterday I started itching and breaking out in hives on the back of my neck, ears, scalp, and various other areas of my body. I'm taking Benadryl every 6 hrs because it won't go away. I'm miserable. I haven't changed anything nor have I eaten anything new. I want to go 45 days on HHCG and VLCD but I'm not sure if the HCG is causing it. Weird! BTW I've lost 23 lbs.

Need advice for P3

I'm on R1P2 day33 of VLCD. I'm doing 45 days on the HHCG. I'll be starting P3 soon and would appreciate any advice. As a flight attendant I travel every week and need to bring my own food. Appreciate any advice. Thanks
