Doing good so far! I was a leader at a HS camp and that was interesting pre-cooking and taking all my own food with me for a week. Didn't lose a whole lot while I was there but then dropped 2 lbs almost immediately after getting home which was encouraging! And then I got sick and I have been stalled at the same weight for 7 days now. I am thinking it's because I'm keeping on water weight while my body tries to heal itself so trying to focus on getting better! I only have a little over a week left til I'm in maintenance too Overall pleased with what I've lost so far. After maintenance I am going to attempt to try and lose my last 15-20 lbs on my own...my dr. had me go on a diet similar to the paleo diet (no sugar, dairy, wheat/gluten) for two weeks prep before HCG and just by doing that I lost 10 lbs. So we shall see! My default would be to do another round of HCG in January though. I heard it's easiest then b/c no major holidays to have to worry about
