    I eat broccolli and may need to eat more of it. I lose weight when I do. Go figure. I have had it 3 times so far on P2, mixed with eggs and mushrooms.

Well, since the weight loss is going slower now, but still going down a little daily, I won't be posting my blog every day anymore. I hope to do it a few times a week though. I have not had a cigarette either so that's good, I am happy about that! Down a total of 11.2 lbs!!!

I am down 11 lbs!!!! (Loss of .8 from yesterday) When I lose 6 more pounds, I will be in the 160's!!!! I am so excited! I know I will get down there! Some of my symptoms from the diet are going away, the headaches are getting better and the light head.

I do have cotton mouth and I have been drinking a lot of water! I don't know what to do about that. It's really bad when I am in bed.

It's time to slow down on my weight loss. I am ok with that, I still lot .2 lbs since yesterday! I am happy for the weight I have lost and the weight I will lose!! I need to get some magnesium also, I have not had a BM for a week, I don't know if that's normal or not but I don't feel bad either. Can't hurt to take some magnesium though!

I love being a loser!!!! 10 lbs down!!!!! In one week!!!! OMG!!!!! LOVE IT!!!!! I feel so much better already by losing weight.
