  1. So far so good..fingers crossed! 11 seems to be much better, still somewhat hungry but bearable! Like how one would expect to feel on a diet, not like a ravenous bull! Thanks for the tips. I guess in my case less is truly more!

  3. How about if I do 3 and 3 today bringing it to total of 10. How long does it take to notice a difference in the dose?

    I'd say skip your dose tonight and then in the morning do 3 pellets, 4 and 4. See how you are tomorrow night.
  6. Hi Beth! Happy Easter to you! I took your advice. Yesterday I had 5,4 and 5,increasing my dose. I felt hungry from 2pm throught to dinner at 7pm. This morning I woke up hungrier than most mornings, took 5 pellets waited 30 min and ate my strawberries. It is 10am and I am still hungry. Should I reduce the dose now or give it some time with the increased dose? I am frustrated and worried that my metabolism is at risk with all this hunger. My energy is strangely high, i am just starving! My willpower has been great regardless simply as I am afraid to blow it with th hcg in my system. Sorry to bother you, I just feel worried a bit...and hungry!

    Yes.. do the 4 x 3 today.. and the first half of tomorrow. Things may seem better tomorrow on their own.

    TOM can definitely effect your appetite. You need to take your doses today and throughout TOM. Often people find somewhere in the 4th/5th day the hunger settles out.

    If by tomorrow afternoon you don't notice a difference.. up your dose to 5 pellets 3 times a day.. or do 5/4/5 ... with the middle dose 4 pellets.
