    Hey Marsha,

    I haven't heard from you. How are you doin? I am finishing week 3 and have completely stalled. I haven't lost anything since Monday. I am going to try an apple day because next Friday will be the end of my first round. I am getting very frustrated and its getting hard to not cheat. I am also very worried because we are leaving on a cruise next Sat. and after all this work I REALLY don't want to gain it all back in a week. Not having a good day. Thanks for listening.. I hope you are well.

    Hi Marsha, sorry it's been awhile since I touched bases with you. How's things going for you? I have lost 18.2 lbs so far and feeling great! How much have you lost so far? I have had a few days where I didn't have an appetite so I didn't even eat dinner. My average has been about a pound a day which is great. I haven't had any hunger pangs at all but I have felt tired a few times from waiting too long before I ate. Hope things are going great for you! TTYL

  3. Darn - I guess I won't do a steak day either then. I cheated again saturday and ate SO much sugar it was rediculous and I gained another pound. I am being very good today but plan on cheating tomorrow during our church picnic. I will be fasting (and praying for something specific) the next day or two later so I won't be eating anything at all then. After that I will definitley be getting back on track. I will be fasting again for 3 days in July. Curious to see how fasting effects me.

    I think its unrealistic to think we can go forever eating like this. Don't worry about the .5lbs it will come off fast. Its actually reasuring to know that if you want to eat some pizza and yogurt that its possible to do it with a slight gain. I think once this round is over I will watch the scale closely and eat what I want to but make sure I am disiplined to take off any weight I put on right away. I never did the steak day. I was advised that it obly works in S3 and I might gain if done in S2. I did an all protein day and lost a little. I'm hoping for the 140's by the first of the week.

    Wow, your doing so well. I haven't eaten anything to bad except for salad dessing and Ketchup. I'm going to try a steak day today to see if I can jump start things a little. I'm trying so hard to get in the 140's by the end of the week. Also, I will go buy some Heinz SF ketchup for tonights steak. I have been eating the regular. I will let you know how it goes.

    Hey Marsha,

    Was your weight loss slow for you on week 2? I have only lost 1lb so far this week. I have been rogue some so maybe thats it.

    Hey Marsha,

    How is your weight loss? I'm doing OK. Im kinda of Rogue now. I still have weight loss, but I have had to make some changes. I couldn't continue being weak and in a brain fog. I just don't think a diet should make you feel bad. I'm feeling better and will continue with what I'm doing until the scale stops moving down. I hope your doing well

    How are you doung with your weight loss tosay? I lost 2 more pounds so I have lost a total of 5lbs. I'm very happy with that so day 3 has now begun... Have a good one!

32 yr old Christian, Stay-at-home mom of 3 ages 11, 8 and 3. Enjoy a clean house, and being with my familly.
I am 5'7". I would like to get down to 150 this round but ultimatley to 135. I started out at 187 (188.5 after loading).

week 1 = -10 lbs
week 2= - 0 (cheated a lot!)
week 3= - 3.5
