Posts:23Hi Duchess - i totally understand where you are coming from. I have yoyo'd since i was the age of 11 and got my period. I have struggled with eating over and over again and ALWAYS felt like I got the short end
Posting this blog, hoping not to feel alone =( Started my HCG journey earlier this year at 224. after 1.5 rounds, my LIW was 177. First round went beautifully, stabilized like a rock star. Second round, not so much. My head was never really in the game, and I only lost like 12 lbs. after that my main goal was just to stabilize for the remainder of the Summer. As of last Thursday, I weighed in at 183, so 6 up which is basically where I stabilized ( oddly enough, my LIW after round 1 was 189) Anyway,
So it's official, I have completed P2 =) total loss for 40 days 26 pounds ( YaYYYYY) start weight 214.6 current weight 188.6. My weekly sats are as follows, week1-6.2 pounds, week 2-4 pounds, week 3- 4.4 pounds, week 4- 4.6 pounds, week 5-3.8 pounds and week 6- 3 pounds. Week one and 2 I went exactly by protocol, but I did rouge the rest of the time. I added occasional eggs, broccoli and cauliflower, and I frequently mixed things. Haven't posted in a few weeks, but things are still going incredibly well. Today is vlcd 28 for me and I am down a total of 19.2 pounds. Add the 10 pounds I lost with WW prior to HCG and that brings my total loss to almost 30 lbs since December =) I'm doing it, I didn't think I could. I had resigned myself to the fact that I would be obese forever. This diet has had another added benefit, I am learning how, for the first time in my life, to have a healthy relationship with food.
